RMG Property Maintenance is a family-run team based in the Cotswolds, taking care of the jobs that keep a property working and looking good — reliably, and without the fuss.
Reliable, friendly, and committed to high standards.
We're a small, family-run business based in the beautiful Cotswolds, working on homes and businesses across the area. That family feel matters to us — it's why clients come back, and why they pass our number on.
Every job, big or small, gets the same attention: turn up when we say we will, do the work properly, and leave the place looking better than we found it. No jargon, no hard sell — just straightforward maintenance work you can rely on.
What we take care of
From one-off repairs to full room refreshes, here's where we spend most of our time.
General property maintenance
The everyday jobs that keep a home or business running smoothly — repairs, upkeep, and the small fixes that are easy to put off but make all the difference.
Interior refurbishment & decorating
Flooring, decorating and general interior refreshes that bring a tired hallway, room or communal space back to life.
Fitted carpentry & storage
Wardrobes, shelving and built-in storage, fitted properly and finished neatly around the room you've actually got.
Exterior maintenance & cladding
Cladding, render, doors and windows — keeping the outside of a property as well looked after as the inside.
Garden Maintenance
Lawns, borders, hedges and outdoor spaces — keeping gardens tidy, practical and well maintained all year round.
Electrical Repairs
Faults, fixtures and everyday electrical issues — providing safe, reliable repairs to keep your home running smoothly.
General Plumbing
Leaks, fittings, pipework and everyday plumbing issues — keeping your home’s water systems working reliably.

Spot the issue
Every part of a property needs a bit of upkeep, inside and out. Tap a part of the house to see what usually goes wrong there — and how we sort it.
Walls & Cladding
Render and cladding take a battering from the weather over the years — cracking, staining, or coming loose at the joints.
We repair, refresh and refit cladding and render so the outside of the property looks as good as the inside.

We turn up, we do it properly, and we treat every property like it's our own — that's the whole job, really.
